Distributor burton+BURTON of Bogart, GA, met with Governor Nathan Deal to proclaim September as "Balloon Month" in the state of Georgia. See official proclamation and Bob and Maxine Burton in the Governor's office.

Featured in the article was Balloon Express, a party store in Hutchinson, KS, who celebrated IBM with Smiley Face balloon bouquets and deliveries! Also featured was Entertainer and Event Decor Specialist, Terri Stokes, of Houston, TX, who delivered special Smiley Face thank you's to her client base throughout the month.
